Jonathan Hurley (Jon) is a native of the DC Metro area and grew up in Fairfax Station. He attended George Mason University where he earned his bachelor’s degree. After college, he joined a local investment firm where he worked with individual clients to identify their investment goals and created investment strategies to get them there. Jon then transitioned into business consulting and program management for a large telecommunications firm where he held many roles in network deployment, experiential marketing, and digital transformation. During his time in the corporate world, Jon listened to his client’s needs, identified requirements, created plans, and mitigated risks while driving projects to on-time delivery. Knowing that homeownership provides an opportunity to build wealth, long-term savings, and financial stability, Jon bought his first home at 24 years old and has been hooked on real estate ever since. In 2020 Jon decided to follow his passion for investing, real estate and helping people to the next level by earning his VA Real Estate License.. Jon is excited to be back to his roots of helping individuals realize financial freedom through real estate investing and homeownership and looks forward to providing clients with a First Class and FUN experience! Jon loves helping clients win, and seeing clients starting new chapters in their lives. Jon resides in Fairfax Station with his wife Megan and three daughters Maryn, Grey, and Liv. In his free time, Jon likes traveling and checking out restaurants with his family and friends, tackling home improvement projects, and ending his days with a good glass of wine and/or bourbon.
