Having lived in multiple places around Virginia and in North Carolina, Julie understands the excitement and anxiety one may feel during the buying or selling process. In her young adulthood, she has rented 2 homes, lived on a military base, bought, and sold 2 houses in 2 states and in 6 different cities in my young adulthood. Julie would be thrilled to help you find your dream home or list your home at its fullest potential!
Hi! I am Julie, I love crafting, traveling, rearranging furniture and anything Disney! I graduated from Shenandoah University in 2018 with my bachelor’s in business management. In 2019, I got married and we received orders to Camp Lejeune, NC. In July 2020, my husband’s Marine Corps contract ended, and we moved to Bracey, VA where he landed a job at Fort Pickett. Although the area was beautiful, it was very quiet and a little too slow for us with having a young child. In October 2021 we moved to Chesterfield, but that did not last too long. My husband was offered the job of his dreams in Springfield, VA so again, we packed up our house and moved up north. I have always followed where my husband’s career takes us, and I understand the growing pains of trying to fit into a new community. I would love to be your “Home Girl” and guide you through this process. So when your home no longer meets your needs, I’m here to help you understand your options based on the current market conditions.
