Kara Norcutt, a REALTOR® from Clarksville, Maryland, is the Principal Broker for Samson Properties of Maryland and Samson Properties of Pennsylvania, serving 11 MD offices and over 2,000 agents. She has over 20 years of experience and specializes in providing brokerage services in both residential and commercial real estate; additionally, she offers her skills and expertise as a mentor and teacher.

At the state level, Kara currently serves on the Maryland REALTORS® Board of Directors, is the Vice Chair of the Statewide Forms Committee, and has been a member of the Contract Task Force, Public Policy Committee and Strategic Planning Committees.

Kara is also a dedicated member of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.

At the local level, she is a primary member of the Howard County Association of REALTORS®, and a secondary member of 16 other local boards, proudly serving as Immediate Past Chair of the Forms Committee for HCAR. She’s also previously served on the Executive Board of Directors and other various committees.

She volunteers her time to the Middle and High School PTAs and Boosters in numerous capacities, is the Team Administrator for Warhawks Football Program, is an Iron Girl and raises two beautiful, active children.
