Katie has always been an achiever with a competitive spirit. She had the privilege of working for a Member of Congress, a Congressional Subcommittee, the U.S. Senate, the White House, and a Member of the British Parliament all by the age of 21. Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from George Mason University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Administration from James Madison University.

When Katie chose to begin her family, she walked away from Capitol Hill to be a work-from-home mom in the sales world. She attained the top 2% of sales force members status in her company for 8 years, where she learned unparalleled customer service skills.

Katie uses her upbeat attitude, energetic enthusiasm, and negotiation skills to best serve her clients. She is a natural problem-solver, and has the rare combination of having big vision and a high attention to detail.

Katie loves wine tours, downtown walking malls, a good balloon arch, and new adventures. She lives in the City of Winchester with her three children. In 2018, Katie was named Mrs. Winchester.

In 2022, Katie started the Old Townist magazine highlighting everything about Winchester, VA. She was named the Emerging Leader of the Year 2022 by the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber.

In 2023, 2024 and 2025, Katie was named Real Estate Agent of the Year by in the Winchester Star Awards.
