Initially licensed in California in 1986.  Obtained Broker license in CA in 1990.  Worked in sales and leasing and also established a mortgage brokerage during the refinance season of the 1990’s when sales were lagging but refinancing was plentiful.  Moved to Virginia in 2011 and obtained VA real estate license in 2012 via reciprocity with California.  Worked as salaried broker for Fawn Lake Real Estate to fill a void while Maribel Barker obtained the Broker license.  Currently working as Assistant to John Horton.
