My birth name is Mariyam Jackson.  However, as a result of my determination and drive to always get the job done, my colleges and family have given me the nickname, “Action Jackson.”  I am proud to say that I have accomplished yet another goal by becoming a Realtor.  I believe that I have been blessed with the ability to connect with people which is why I’m excited to not only help my clients with their real estate needs but to foster productive relationships during and after the real estate process.

In addition to being a licensed realtor, I’m a federal law enforcement officer and I’m proud to say that I have served and protected with honor and dignity for over 20 years.  I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University.  I truly believe that my experience & education will allow me to assist clients in a unique way because the process of homeownership and selling can be viewed as mentally draining and/or stressful.

The decision to purchase or sell a home can be exciting and daunting all at the same time.  Knowing this and having first hand knowledge about process from both a personal and professional view causes me to approach being your realtor with an attitude of transparency, honesty, and compassion.
