My name is Nadia Hylton better known as your Neighborhood HOMEgirl. I come from a nursing background. I’ve been working in the healthcare field for approximately 10 years. It was my own home buying experience that led me to want to become a realtor. I want to afford others the rewarding feeling and opportunity of purchasing a home along with all the perks & benefits that come with it.
Contrary to popular belief being a nurse and a realtor have a lot of similarities. The same care, commitment and advocacy I possess for my patients I also pour into my clients. Im by their side every step of the way.
I pride myself in honesty and trustworthiness. I want my clients to feel comfortable with me assisting them with one of their biggest investments in their lives. I don’t take that for granted.
I transferred to Samson Properties in 2021 and honestly this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My brokerage and I have helped thousands of families become first generation Home Owners. Im proud to be a part of such an amazing supportive brokerage.
I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to live in 5 different states and for the past 15 years I’ve been happy to call Maryland home. I currently reside in Brandywine, MD with my beautiful family. I specialize in First Time Buyers and look forward to continuing my journey of turning renters into home owners.
