Born and raised in Charles Town, West Virginia, Nathan found his passion for real estate while attending and graduating WVU with a degree in Environment and Energy Resources Management. During and after college, he went to work in environmental remediation and construction, and conducted environmental investigations on commercial and government properties.

Nathan enjoys playing golf, long distance running, fishing, skiing, and spending time with family.
