Nichelle began her real estate career in 2017. During that time, she has worked with first-time home buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters. She provides a high level of customer service and being a lifelong resident of the DMV, she has extensive knowledge of the area.

Nichelle currently sits as a member of the Maryland Realtors Grievance Committee, is a member of the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors (SMAR), the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) and designated as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), as well as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

She collaborates with a large professional network of lenders, attorneys, home inspectors, and local contractors. By selectively putting a team in place, she strives to facilitate a seamless transaction for her clients. Nichelle also participates in Samson’s Mentoring Program. She remembers how important it was for her to have benefited from those who stepped into this role along her career path. She feels strongly that her experience will be of benefit to others. She’s also well-versed in Samson tools and resources and has over 30 years of experience delivering training to employees in the Federal Government. Nichelle believes that to do something well, you have to have a passion for it; and she has a passion for Real Estate and helping others.
