Wow, I can’t believe I’ve been a licensed Maryland realtor for a decade, since 2014. My name is Pamgrace Gachenge, and I’m a dual career agent with a love for people, health, and wellness.

I grew up in Montgomery County and currently live in Prince George’s County. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland University College and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from American University.

My passion is bridging health equity by improving healthcare experiences for minority businesses and professionals to achieve better health outcomes. My company, DiscoverU Health, is that bridge to better care. We provide concierge preventative health services virtually or home-based in the DMV.

Although my love for healthcare is strong, so is my passion for real estate. In this season, I am giving myself permission to boldly explore my passions. I realized that the core of all that I do is centered around service. As I look at my real estate career, I am excited to rebrand my business as HealthyHomesDMV. My goal is for every client experience to be fresh and healthy, with clients knowing they are supported as individuals first.
