Patsy lives in Charles Town and is proud to state that Jefferson County has always been her home. She and her husband, Don, both grew up in Jefferson County and they raised their 3 adult children right here in Charles Town. She has a vast knowledge of the area which serves her clients well.
Patsy is an advocate for Jefferson County and is active in her church, community, and civic organizations. She is a member of the board of the Jefferson County Convention and Visitors Bureau as well as the Jefferson County Council on Aging and is a board member of Horses With Hearts. She was a Jefferson County 4-H leader for 20 years.
Patsy has held the elective offices of Jefferson County Magistrate, and Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County and retired after serving 2 six-year terms as a Jefferson County Commissioner. During her career in Jefferson County Government, she was a member of the following boards: Jefferson County Economic Development, the Region 9 Development Council, the Hagerstown and Eastern Panhandle Metropolitan Organization and the Partnership for Affordable Housing.
Her hobbies include making hand-hewn wooden bowls, she loves growing flowers and tomatoes, is an avid reader. She and her husband love spending their time with their seven grandchildren and cheering them on as they watch them play whatever sport they happen to be playing at the time.
Patsy has 27 years of experience working as a real estate agent and is currently studying to become licensed in the State of Virginia. While Patsy has experience in all areas of residential listings and sales, her favorite part of selling is working with first-time home buyers to guide them through the process of purchasing their very first home.
