With over 24 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I first started servicing loans as a Customer Service Rep with Fannie Mae in 1991.  I obtained my Maryland Real Estate License in 1999 while selling new homes for several builders. In 2006 I furthered my real estate career by obtaining my DC license.  Because of my love for helping people, I volunteered at the housing office on Andrews AFB assisting military families transferring in and out of the area.  I also volunteered as a housing counselor with H.O.P.E. in 2008 and obtained my certification as a HUD Approved Housing Counselor.  As a Housing Counselor I assisted homeowners with saving their homes from foreclosure and coordinated first time homebuyer courses. I currently volunteer my services to the local police department by attending weekly community meetings and helping out with special events.  Outside of doing real estate and volunteering, the rest of my time is spent with my 3 sons, my supporting husband and my body guard and best friend; Cheu (my dog).
