I hold several real estate designations and certifications including the following: Senior Real Estate Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist and E-Pro. I have a double Master\’s in Practical Theology and Human Service Counseling permits me to empathize and provide my clients and customers the success they deserve with their real estate transactions.
My heart is the center of my service. In my effort to main this I use the system of the Three-legged Stool. The first leg is great service. The second leg is communication. I will make it a point to over communicate. The third leg is showing appreciation to my clients.
In addition, to the services I am bound to as a realtor, each client will have a dedicated email address so their emails will receive priority attention. Each seller\’s home will have a website solely for their listed property. The main rooms in the house will be measured to help the perspective buyers to get an idea of the space in the home. After holding an Open House I will offer to personally disinfect my sellers\’ home. For each client, whether a buyer or seller, I will assign them a specific email address to receive priority. Each Buyer and Seller will receiving a set of moving boxes. Upon completion of a transaction, my clients will be enrolled in my five-year Client Follow-up Program.
