I began working in working in real estate as a research assistant for a residential developer in McLean, Virginian 1977. The

next year, I became licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia and went to work for Weaver Brothers, Inc.,

in Washington, DC, where I specialized in working with Industrial Properties from  Baltimore,  Maryland to Washington,

DC, as well as being a leasing agent for Shirlington, in Arlington County. I then moved to Northern Virginia, and began

working with large group, as  well as, some very high profile investors during the 1980s. Over the next 30 years, I partnered

with several two others to buy commercial and residential properties in the greater Washington, DC. area. During this time,

I had well over 500 tenants and owned over 80 properties. I enjoy real estate and the process of sharing my knowledge with

others.  I, also, enjoy  doing extensive remodeling of older properties and enhancing their market value.
