Shawn Hawkins has over seven years of property management experience along with residential real estate. She is excited and ready to assist hopeful home sellers and buyers with receiving a return on their investment, moving into their new home and/or renting a property best suited for their family.

She is a Washingtonian native and currently resides in Prince Georges County, making her very familiar and possess a greater understanding of the local housing market. Shawn is driven by integrity and a love to serve others. Her hope and desire is to make her clients real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. With her warm personality and detail-oriented skills, you will be made to feel comfortable and confident.

Shawn is a member of the Prince George’s County Association of Realtors and also serves on the board of several non-profit organizations that serves the DMV.

Hobbies: spending quality time with her family, reading and riding roller coasters!
