Sonya Lloyd is a licensed Realtor representing buyers, sellers, and renters throughout Maryland. She is a South Carolina native, Retired Army Spouse and Mother of 2 children. The family has resided in the Maryland area for over 15 years.

During their active duty travels it was always important to make temporary housing as much as possible like home stateside or abroad. She was often called upon by family members and friends to accompany them in looking for a place they would call home, be it a house or an apartment. She enjoyed it and her very home buying experience and soon realized that she had a passion for real estate.

A real estate transactions at any compacity requires knowledges and strategic planning. Sonya likes to have personal approach to her clients/partners real estate needs and the  process. Sonya was formerly employed as a Government Contractor for 16 years for the TRICARE Military Health Insurance Program. She has an extension background in customer service and community engagement. Because of her enthusiastic, caring and supportive attitude her peers affectionately knew her as “Ms. Disneyland” and to the kids in the community she is known as “Mama Lloyd”.
