Craig Wade Bio for Samson Properties

Craig grew up in San Francisco, CA and Dayton, OH, starting his Federal career at Wright Patterson AFB, OH, then promoted to the Air Staff at the Pentagon and after several more promotions within the Secretary of Defense office as a Program Manager & Logistics Specialist; Craig retired from the Secretary of Defense with 37 years of federal service.  He began his Real Estate career with ERA Blue Diamond Realty since 2013, as a certified Military Relocation Program Agent.  Craig joined Pearson Smith Realtor and teaming with his wife Valen Wade, after the merger between Pearson Smith Realty and Blue Diamond Realty. He proudly became a Samson Properties Agent beginning 2020.  Craig was also a member of the Bridges B-Team (a multi-million dollar family team) that provided extraordinary service for all clients real estate needs. He provides real time information to help his clients make the best decision for them and their family.  Craig has a proven track record of working with the highest quality of service, Integrity, Honesty, and Competence for all of his clients.

Craig holds a Masters’ in Public Administration.  He is married and has two adult sons. He is a community activist supporting the Boys & Girls club, women homeless shelter, youth bowlers from Bowl America. He is also a Board of Director for The Realtor Association of Prince William (PWAR), the professional trade association in Prince William County.  His hobbies include traveling, investing, golfing, and mentoring young men in the community. He resides in Woodbridge, VA.
