Ted has been in sales all his adult life. Starting from the day he graduated The University of Maryland, Ted landed a sales position at a large chemical company and quickly became one of the firm’s top salesmen. From there he switched to the food industry for about 20 years. Around 1995 he started buying “fix and flip” properties in his spare time.

Ted has been married to his college sweetheart for over 37 years and has two incredible daughters. When he is not helping a client selling or buying a home he can probably be found on a local tennis court.
