Patrice is a licensed Realtor with several years of experience in real estate.  A native of the DMV, she has extensive knowledge of the local market, a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

She has a background in healthcare but has always had a passion for real estate.  She has experience in real estate investing, short-term and long-term rentals, property management and has a certificate in Interior Design.

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Maryland Realtor Association and the Prince Georges County Association of Realtors (PGCAR).

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, volunteering and designing home interiors.
