David is a retired Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard and a licensed Associate Broker and oner of The Luckenbaugh Group w/ Samson Properties, Virginia. David also hold a broker license in Florida as well, serving the Tampa Bay area. David has been active in the real estate market for over 30 years.
