Hello.  I have been in the building business since 1982 when my husband and I built our first home.  He and I helped all of his family build their homes.  I worked in the construction material testing field for 10 years.  I then moved to the commercial waterproofing/roofing business for 10 years.  After a successful and rewarding position there, I went to work for a stair case manufacturer, one of the largest on the east coast.  I was introduce to bookkeeping, admin., and human resources.  I left after 20 years.  I then endeavored into the real estate world.  I LOVE THIS.  I am never dis-satisfied with my choice for this position.  Therefore, my motto is:
